Wu Chou has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. From 1990 to 1995, they served as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) at Bell Labs, Area 11. Wu then moved to Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, where they were a Senior Member of Technical Staff from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Avaya, first as Technical Manager and then as Director at Avaya Labs Research. From 2011 to 2017, they were at Huawei Technologies, where they held the roles of PhD, IEEE Fellow, VP and CTO, Enterprise Network Product Line and PhD, IEEE Fellow, VP, Chief IT Scientist, Huawei Shannon (IT) Lab. Since 2017, they have been at Essenlix Corporation, where they are currently Chief Software Officer, Chief Executive Officer, PhD and IEEE Fellow, and PhD., IEEE Fellow, Vice President - Artificial Intelligence & Software.
Wu Chou attended Stanford University from 1983 to 1990, where they earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering.
