Gina Burriss

Gina Burriss has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Gina currently holds the position of Director of Product Operations & Fabrications USA at Essense of Australia since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Essense of Australia as the Senior Manager of Quality Control and Returns from May 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining Essense of Australia, Gina worked at Lee for a significant period. Their roles at Lee include Senior Technical Designer, where they managed a team of technical designers and was responsible for fit development, construction, and aesthetic details from January 2007 to April 2019. Gina also worked as a Technical Designer and Product Development Facilitator, where they were involved in fit development, construction, and generating technical development packages from an unspecified date to January 2007. Additionally, they served as an Associate Technical Designer, where they gained hands-on experience in the product life cycle and pattern technology for Riders by Lee. Prior to this, they held positions as a Grading Technician and Marking Technician, where they created accurate production patterns, communicated fit changes, and developed mini markers for fabric yardage yield optimization.

Gina Burriss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing Textiles and Fashion Merchandising Management from Missouri State University.
