Lucile Baratier

Lucile Baratier has a diverse work experience. Lucile started their career at CEMCA as a Research Assistant, where they worked on strategic notes for an international research group. Lucile then moved on to Sicoval, where they evaluated the Toulouse Urban Community's policy of decentralized international cooperation. Later, they joined IRD as a Chargée de mission, where they interned in the "Service de l'expertise" and worked on fact-checking, prospecting, and establishing partnerships with French public authorities. Currently, they are working at Laboratoria, where they have held multiple roles including Monitoring & Evaluation Project Coordinator, Training Manager responsible for education and job placement of women from underserved backgrounds, Regional Partnerships Manager (LatAm), Employability and Company Relationship Director, and Head of Product.

Lucile Baratier's education history starts with their high school education at Lycée Gabriel Fauré, where they studied social sciences and economics from 2007 to 2010. Lucile then pursued their undergraduate studies in political science and government at Sciences Po Toulouse, earning a Diplôme de l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques from 2010 to 2015. During their time at Sciences Po Toulouse, they also participated in the Erasmus program at Malmö University in Sweden, where they focused on international migration and ethnic relations from 2012 to 2013. Following this, Lucile attended EHESS - Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales and obtained a Master 2 (M2) in "Territories, Spaces, and Societies" from 2014 to 2015, specializing in social sciences. More recently, in 2022 and 2023, they furthered their education in the field of product management by completing courses at Reforge and Join Maestro, respectively.
