Holly West is an experienced professional in the bridal industry, currently serving as a Client Support Specialist and Bridal Consultant at Essense of Australia since February 2019, where a superior sales conversion rate and exceptional customer service are maintained. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Stephanie’s Bridal Boutique, where top sales performance was achieved, and as a Social Media Manager & Sales Consultant at Bridal Solutions & Tailor, focusing on brand management and marketing campaigns. Holly also held the position of Sales Manager at Ida’s Bridal & Tuxedo’s, overseeing customer service standards and staff performance, and worked as an OEM Account Representative at Ruskin, managing significant accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Education includes attendance at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.
