Jill Krizek

Jill Krizek, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jill currently holds the position of Director of HR Operations at Essense of Australia, where they previously served as the Human Resources Operations Manager. Prior to that, Jill worked as the Human Resources Manager at Phenix Label Company, Inc. In their earlier career, they held the role of Human Resources Director (First Vice President) at Bank of Blue Valley, overseeing the HR operations during a period of significant growth and subsequent downsizing. Jill also has experience as a Human Resources Representative at Ruskin Manufacturing, a division of Tomkins Industries.

Jill Krizek, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology (Industrial) from Kansas State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in July 2015 and as an SPHR from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2003.
