Kally Kang-Kersey

Kally Kang-Kersey currently serves as the Chief People Officer at essensys since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kally held various significant positions at Zebra Technologies from June 2006 to July 2021, including Vice President HR and HR Director EMEA. Kally's career began at Xerox, where responsibilities included HR Director for one of the business divisions in Europe from 1994 until January 2006. Kally's educational background includes an Executive Education Program focused on Women's Leadership from Harvard Business School (2023), an Executive Leadership and Strategy degree from INSEAD (2000), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kingston University (1989), alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from London South Bank University (1988).
