Neil Somerville

Neil Somerville is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Second Line Support Analyst at essensys since March 2022, Neil has previously held roles such as Client Application Support at Smartodds and Business Systems Analyst at ECA International. Neil began his career as a Service Desk Technician at Jewish Care and worked as a Commissioning Engineer at Johnson Controls. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire and A Levels in Sports Studies, Psychology, and Computing from Epping Forest College, along with BTEC qualifications in Electrical installations and Computer Science.
