Arjen D. is an experienced executive with a robust background in supervisory roles across various sectors. Currently, Arjen serves as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Essent, as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Haaglanden Medisch Centrum and Bovemij. Additionally, Arjen holds positions as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Naturalis Biodiversity Center Nederland and Japanmuseum SieboldHuis. Previously, Arjen was a Member of the Supervisory Board at Robeco and held numerous senior IT positions at Shell, including Executive Vice President of Technical and Competitive IT. Arjen began a professional career as a Project Manager at Exxon and Fokker. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and an MSc in Chemistry from Utrecht University.
