Babette de Jager is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning, coaching, and project management. Currently, Babette serves as the Manager of Learning, Coaching & Development at Essent since March 2022, where previous roles included Manager Coaching & Development a.i. and Project Manager of operations development. Prior to Essent, Babette worked at Vos Logistics from March 2018 to March 2022 in various capacities including Project Manager and Continuous Improvement Facilitator, and earlier as an Account Manager from October 2014 to October 2017. Babette's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management Studies from HAN University of Applied Sciences (2009-2013) and several professional development programs in leadership and lean management from institutions such as Scheybeeck Academy and You Improve.
