Jeroen Wilkens

Jeroen Wilkens is currently serving as an MLOps Engineer at Essent since January 2024. Previously, Jeroen held the position of Machine Learning Engineer at both Blendle and Cafeyn from March to December 2023. Jeroen's experience also includes working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Thunderbyte.AI from December 2019 to February 2022, and as a Back End Developer at WeFitter during the same period. An initial foray into data science was undertaken as a Data Science Intern at RDW in mid-2019. Jeroen has an academic background from the University of Groningen, holding a Master's degree in Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in Informatiekunde. Jeroen's earlier education includes VWO and Havo diplomas from Carmel College Salland, with a focus on the nature and technology profile. Throughout educational experiences, Jeroen engaged in various mentorship and committee roles.
