Menno Dekker

Menno Dekker is a seasoned professional in UX and service design with a diverse background in graphic design and digital interaction. Currently serving as Proposition Portfolio Manager and UX & Service Design Expert at Essent since March 2024, Menno previously held the position of Senior UX/Service Designer at Clear.bio. Prior experience includes roles at DEPT® as Senior Interaction Designer, Medior Interaction Designer, and Interactiedesigner, as well as Digital Creative at Digitas Amsterdam. Menno founded De Flierefluiters, providing graphic design services from September 2013 to September 2017, and served as Freelance Art Director for Nebus Loyalty bv, developing concepts for short-term loyalty programs. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a degree in Graphic Design from Mediavormgeving.
