Paul Lenssen

Paul Lenssen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Essent since October 2025, Paul previously held a Senior Data Analyst position at Happy Horizon from June 2016 to October 2025. Paul has worked in various analytical roles, including (Digital) Data Analyst at Happy Data and Data Analyst at Amsterhoven, both part of Happy Horizon, as well as Project Manager at Happy Heroes GmbH. Earlier career roles included Online Project Manager & Affiliate Specialist at Happy Idiots and a long-term member of the Technical Committee for the Elastiek Festival. Paul has a Master of Science in International Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Tilburg University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
