Saskia Zannou - van Prooijen has a range of experience in roles related to data analysis and marketing. Saskia started their career in 2004 as an Account Manager at de Persgroep Nederland, where they were responsible for advertising sales and developing themed advertisement pages. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Het Portaal Uitgevers B.V., focusing on marketing and sales for the company's website and commercial email communications. Saskia then joined Aegis Media as an RTV Researcher, conducting research for TV and radio and handling marketing tasks. In 2010, they transitioned to Market Discovery as a Project Manager, responsible for bringing in new business through data selection, telemarketing, and campaign analysis. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Evangelische Omroep as a Database Marketeer, where they were responsible for expanding and maintaining the membership and subscriptions database and overseeing telemarketing activities. Most recently, they have been working at Essent, first as a Database Marketeer C+, then as a Product Owner D&A (Campaigning & Personalization), and currently as a Data Lead E+. In their current role, they lead various projects related to E+ data and personalization, including the development of an Integrated Marketing Database (IMDB) for a comprehensive customer view and targeted campaigns to support customers in sustainable home improvements.
Saskia Zannou - van Prooijen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication & Strategy from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the period from 1999 to 2003. Saskia also holds a certification in Lean Greenbelt from UPD - Join the Spark*, which they obtained in 2023.
