Andy has managed successful technology teams for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Essentia, he led engineering and delivery for several reputable brands in the property and e-commerce sectors, including PrimeLocation.com, FindaProperty.com, Glasses Direct, and Sunglasses Shop. Andy studied Computing and Software Development at Farnborough College of Technology and has advocated Agile software development practices since the early 2000s.
