Jessica Martensen

Jessica Martensen, FACHE, is currently the Vice President of Population Care Management Programs at Essentia Health, a role held since May 2014, with previous positions including Interim Vice President of Telecare & Telehealth Services and Senior Director. Jessica is responsible for directing quality and financial components of the organization, focusing on clinical nurse practice and customer satisfaction, while fostering effective relationships with staff and providers. Prior experience includes Interim Senior Director of Care Management at Lakewood Health System, where successful management of rural Medicare certified home care and hospice was achieved, as well as roles as Public Health Nurse at Morrison County Public Health and Fargo Cass Public Health. Jessica holds an M.B.A. in Health Administration from The College of St. Scholastica and a BSN from Dickinson State University.
