Sarah Moraa Prochaska

Sarah Moraa Prochaska, MBA, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Strategist at Essentia Health since September 2022. With extensive experience in the HR field, previous positions include Human Resources Strategist at Fairview Health Services and Strategic HR Business Partner for the City of Minneapolis. Sarah has also held various roles within the State of Minnesota, including HR Consultant and HR Specialist, and has contributed to Hennepin County as the Joint Community Police Partnership Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Sarah's career began with an HR internship at Leonard, Street and Deinard and a graduate assistant role at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Academically, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in HR Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an MBA in Human Resources from United States International University - Africa.
