Steve Bradshaw has extensive experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as a Senior HR Technology Analyst at Essentia Health since June 2017. Prior roles at Essentia Health include HR Technology Analyst, Leave of Absence Specialist, Leave of Absence Representative, HR Service Center Representative, and Human Resources Intern - Content Management. Before joining Essentia Health, Steve worked at Western Bank from June 2013 to June 2017, providing support in the lending department and managing maintenance responsibilities across multiple branches. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2017, and graduated from Duluth Denfeld High School in 2013.
