Carsten Doktor

Carsten Doktor has extensive work experience in the food industry. Carsten began their career at DLG, where they worked on product development and quality control. Carsten then moved on to Royal Greenland, where they focused on product development. Carsten also worked at Arla Foods Ingredients as a Customer Support Manager. In 2008, they joined Scanflavour A/S as an Assistent Pilot Plant Manager and later became the Application Manager and Senior Application Manager. Since 2018, Carsten has been with Essentia Protein Solutions, initially as a Senior Application Manager and currently as the Head of Applications and Technical Services. Carsten'sroles involve assisting companies in the meat industry with product development, innovation, cost optimization, and new production methods.

Carsten Doktor began their education in 1996 at Holstebro Tekniske Skole, where they pursued a degree in Butchery. Carsten completed their studies in 2000. Following this, they attended Holstebro Tekniske Akademi from 2000 to 2002 to study Food Technology and Processing food.
