Vladimir Biondic

Vladimir Biondic is an experienced professional in the food technology sector, currently serving as the Director at MiTESA d.o.o. since November 2012, where the focus is on promoting new technologies and developing products in the meat processing industry, particularly concerning animal proteins in the CEE market. Additionally, since March 2015, Vladimir has been a Technical Sales Manager at Essentia Protein Solutions, overseeing technical sales and market growth for animal-based food proteins in Eastern Europe. Previous roles include Technical Sales Manager at BHJ, Account Manager at Kerry Ingredients and Flavours, and Account Manager at Dera Food Technology, all of which involved advising on product development and formulation within the meat industry. Early career experience includes serving as an Application Manager at Droga Kolinska and as a Food Technologist at PPK karlovačka mesna industrija d.d. Vladimir holds a Master’s Degree in Food Technology and Processing from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb (1991-1996).
