Roger B. Sweis

Roger B. Sweis has extensive experience in finance and executive roles. Roger B. is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Essential Access Health since March 2023. Previously, they were an Executive Board Member at Startup For America from 2020 to 2022, where they also held the role of Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Before that, Sweis was the Chief Financial Officer at Oak Forest Psychological Services from 2001 to 2005, where they played a crucial role in transforming the company's operations and increasing profitability. Roger B. has also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Community Health Councils (CHC) from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, Sweis held the position of Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer at SmarterHealth.io from 2017 to 2019, where they played a key role in securing contracts with prominent healthcare providers. Roger B. Sweis obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance & Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, from 2006 to 2009.
