Eliza O'Neil is an accomplished educator and consultant specializing in dialogue, curriculum development, and conflict transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Curriculum Developer at the Constructive Dialogue Institute, Eliza fosters environments for productive dialogue among educators and students. In addition, Eliza has extensive experience as a Consultant for Essential Partners, facilitating projects aimed at enhancing communication within diverse communities. Previously, Eliza directed United States Programs at Seeds of Peace, developing organizational curriculum and strategic initiatives for youth and educators on identity and privilege. Eliza's background includes roles in various educational and nonprofit settings, with a Master's degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bates College.
