Travis Powell

Travis Powell, President, and Founder of Essential Screens have more than 10 years of direct experience leading and growing a team of professionals who manage human resource functions and screening requirements for thousands of other companies. In his current position, he is responsible for providing leadership to his team, growing his business through business development, managing operations, and implementing policies throughout the company.

Under his leadership, the company has consistently seen 50% or more growth each year since 2013. Through building relationships, focusing on quality, and customer service, and constantly finding ways to improve processes, it is expected that Essential Screens will continue to grow and be successful.

Outside of work, Travis is on the board of directors of CNHRMA and is the chair of the workforce readiness committee.
