Alena Kleinova

Alena Kleinova is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Essentra since November 2020, Alena is responsible for defining people strategy and executing KPIs while providing coaching to leaders and managers. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations, and Regional HR Manager at Medtronic, where Alena supported HR strategies in multiple countries. Previous positions include HR Director at Whirlpool Corporation and HR Business Partner at PSA Peugeot Citroën, with early experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Psychologist. Alena holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice.
