Ann Treadaway

Ann Treadaway has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Ann began their career at Milliken & Company in 1984 as a Dying and Finishing Shift Manager. Ann then joined Reynolds American, Inc. where they held various roles as a Product Manager, Chemist I, Chemist II, and Chemist III. In 1996, they joined Essentra as the Director: KAM Key Accounts & R&D and later became the Commercial Director. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Essentra (previously Filtrona) as an Operations General Manager. In 2013, they joined Filtrona as the AMERS Commercial Director and later transitioned to the roles of Business Development and Commercial Excellence Director, and Key Account and Business Development Director. Alongside their corporate roles, they also served as an Executive Board Member at Western Carolina University starting in 2015.

Ann Treadaway holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wake Forest University School of Business. Ann also has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Western Carolina University.
