Chris Butler

Chris Butler has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Chris began their career at Moss Plastic Parts Ltd as a Day Setting Technician, responsible for a group of molding machines. Chris then worked at CTP COIL as a Production Engineer before joining Essentra Components as a Process and Tooling Engineer. In this role, they oversaw new tooling validation and factory acceptance tests, as well as developing tooling suppliers in China and introducing over 400 new tools into UK sites. At Essentra Components, Chris held several management roles, including Process Development and Production Manager, Divisional Process Development Manager, and Divisional Engineering Manager. These roles involved responsibilities such as overseeing production processes, implementing process improvement programs, and managing global budget and investment plans. Most recently, Chris served as the Kidlington Site Operations Director and Global Program Director at Essentra.

From 1983 to 1988, Chris Butler attended Bartholemew Eynsham Secondary School.
