Philip Lucock BSc MCIPS has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Philip is currently serving as the Head of Indirect Procurement at Essentra since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Serco as the Head of Category - Corporate & Professional Services from April 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Serco, Philip held various roles at National Grid, including Global Category Manager - Directs, UK Senior Category Manager / US Director - Global Indirects (Acting), Global Category Manager - Indirects, and Category Manager - Corporate Services. Philip worked at National Grid from September 2012 to March 2020. Philip also gained valuable experience as a Senior Supply Chain Lead at Greene, Tweed from August 2009 to September 2012. Philip began their career at Rolls-Royce as a Graduate Trainee in September 2003 and progressed to roles such as Strategic Buyer and Global Commodity Buyer. Philip worked at Rolls-Royce for a total of six years, from September 2003 to August 2009.

Philip Lucock obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Economics BSc (Hons) from Aston University, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Philip then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management MCIPS at Staffordshire University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they completed an internship at Rolls-Royce plc in 2001 to 2002.
