Furqan Mahmood

Furqan Mahmood has acquired a diverse range of experience in the field of software engineering. Furqan began their career as a Full-stack Developer at CMD in 2015, where they worked until August of the same year. From September 2015 to November 2017, they served as a Software Engineer at AMeSCom, collaborating with a team to design and launch new features and improving software performance.

In 2018, Mahmood joined L One as a Senior Web Developer, where they played a key role in developing a web-based single-page application using Angular 7 and Laravel APIs. Furqan'sresponsibilities included analyzing requirements, maintaining code quality, and configuring AWS elastic beanstalk and S3-storage through CI/CD pipelines.

Mahmood then joined AlphaApps in October 2020, where they worked as a Back End Engineer. Here, they primarily worked on back-end development for a mobile app and a CMS web-based project. Furqan'sresponsibilities included maintaining existing code, developing new APIs, and incorporating new requirements into the system.

In May 2021, Mahmood joined EarthLink Telecommunications as a Senior Software Engineer. During their tenure, they designed and developed websites and internal software systems as per the requirements of various departments. Furqan ensured software reliability and compatibility, conducted thorough testing, and validated software integrity before delivering it to the concerned department.

From December 2021 to January 2023, Mahmood worked at FastBill as a Software Engineer, where they regularly maintained and updated software products. Furqan also provided bug fixes, implemented new features, and conducted code refactoring.

Currently, they are working at Essentry as a Software Backend Engineer, starting from February 2023.

Throughout their career, Furqan Mahmood has developed expertise in various technologies such as NestJs, React, PostgreSQL, Flutter, and AWS. Furqan has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze requirements, communicate effectively with teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Furqan Mahmood attended Damascus University from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering.
