Laurent Draux

Laurent Draux possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as DRH at Esset Property Management since September 2016. Prior roles include Responsable RH and DRH Adjoint at Fnac from January 2011 to August 2016, and Responsable Ressources Humaines at GROUPE FLO from January 2004 to December 2010, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR development, defining RH policies, and managing a team for the Paris region. Laurent also held a position at Accor Royaume-Uni as Team member/Team Leader from 2002 to 2003. Laurent holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Ressources humaines from the Paris School of Business, obtained in 2004.
