Ken Green

President & CEO at Essex Consulting Group

Ken has provided construction management for several multi-million dollar projects, including directing cost management controls and verification of scope sequencing for increased efficiency.

He also evaluates mechanical heating and cooling equipment to compare initial cost to operational cost, including analysis of geothermal, conventional equipment, and zone efficiency of current system.

His evaluation of water infiltration into a below-grade parking deck yielded solutions that maintained revenue and mitigated problems for long-term asset value retention.

Ken established Essex because he wanted to feel the success of a job well executed and the satisfaction of putting clients first. In the context of that overarching goal, he felt he could establish a company that also creates sustainable revenue, allows for improved employee performance, and reduces customer liability exposure. The company offers employee profit sharing, 401(k), company-paid health insurance and safety training to reduce employee turnover.

A registered professional engineer in four states, and a licensed general contractor in five, Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis.
