Christine Soto

Christine Soto is the current General Counsel at Essex County College. Christine has held this position since July 2021. Prior to that, they were a partner at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC from August 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they served as the Executive Legal Affairs Officer and Acting OFAC Director at the New Jersey Department of Education from July 2018 to June 2019. Christine has also been a Principal Attorney at the Law Offices of Christine Ann Soto from January 2009 to December 2018.

Christine Soto graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Christine then attended New York University School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor.
