Alan Goggin

Alan Goggin is an experienced Independent Financial Consultant at Optimum Independent Financial Advisers since May 2015, bringing over 50 years of expertise in financial advising to high net worth clients. Goggin has served as a Conservative Elected Councillor for Brightlingsea and surrounding areas with Essex County Council since September 2014, having previously held roles as a District Councillor with Tendring District Council and a Local Town Councillor with Brightlingsea Town Council.
