Elliot Smith

Elliot Smith is a seasoned infrastructure delivery professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership within local government and consulting environments. Currently serving as Head of Infrastructure Delivery at Essex County Council since May 2014, Elliot has previously held roles such as Infrastructure Project Team Manager and Project Sponsor. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend and as a Project Manager for highway schemes at MOUCHEL plc. Additionally, Elliot served as Traffic Control Centre Supervisor at Essex County Council, overseeing the operation of the Essex Traffic Control Centre. Elliot holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Greenwich and a BSc in Product Design from Anglia Ruskin University.
