Mark Ash

Mark Ash is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in climate, environment, and customer services. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Climate Environment and Customer Services at Essex County Council since April 2022, Mark previously held the position of Executive Director of Growth, Highways & Infrastructure at Suffolk County Council from February 2019 to April 2022. Prior roles include Director of Waste and Environment at Essex County Council from July 2017 to February 2019 and Managing Director at East London Waste Authority from March 2008 to July 2017. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Anglia Ruskin University.
