Naomi Blanche

Naomi Blanche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work and arts programming. Currently serving as a Senior Practitioner at Essex County Council since September 2022, Naomi manages a complex caseload focused on driving positive outcomes for children, young people, and families, while also deputizing for the Team Manager. Prior to this role, Naomi participated in the Frontline Programme as a Student Social Worker from July 2021 to August 2022, gaining essential skills to support disadvantaged individuals. With a background in arts management, Naomi has held significant positions including Programme Producer and Safeguarding Lead at All Change Arts Ltd, and Programme Coordinator at Isledon Arts CIC, where responsibilities included project development and community engagement. Naomi’s diverse skill set also encompasses administrative and production roles within various theatre companies, enhancing participatory activities and managing events. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management from De Montfort University.
