Paul Hinsley

Paul Hinsley is an accomplished Environmental and Sustainability Specialist with extensive experience in both consultancy and public service. Currently self-employed and serving as an Environmental & Sustainability Consultant at MP Hinsley Consultancy, Paul has a significant tenure as an Environment Officer at Essex County Council since 2003, where roles have included Environment Team Manager and Acting Head of Environment Team. Paul’s earlier career in the HM Forces spanned 23 years, culminating as a Warrant Officer First Class, specializing in logistics and catering management. Academically, Paul holds a Master's Degree in Natural Environment & Society from the University of Essex and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from The Open University, alongside professional qualifications from CIPS.
