Graham Dickinson

Graham Dickinson is an experienced information technology leader currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for the Environment Agency at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since February 2023. Prior to this role, Dickinson held various positions at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, including Deputy Director of Digital Operations and Head of Service Design from September 2015 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes key roles at the Ministry of Justice UK, where Dickinson was Head of Service Strategy, Design and Transition, and Head of Operational Change from May 2012 to August 2015. Furthermore, Dickinson participated in the UK Civil Service Digital, Data and Technology Fast Stream from 2008 to 2012 and was a researcher at the University of Bath School of Management from 2004 to 2008. Academic credentials include a BSc in Marine Geography from the University of Bath and Cardiff University, as well as an MCIPS designation from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
