Paul Ilett

Paul Ilett is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various roles, primarily in healthcare and local government sectors. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager for Synnovis, Paul has a strong background in fostering effective stakeholder relationships and leading communication strategies. Previous positions include Interim Senior Programme Communications and Engagement Lead at London Borough of Hounslow, Stakeholder Relationship Lead at NHS Supply Chain, and Associate Director of Communications and Engagement within the NHS. Paul’s notable achievements include delivering significant internal communications initiatives for Norfolk County Council and managing media relations to enhance public perception of services at Westminster City Council. Additionally, Paul has authored a book and holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham. Paul also operates as a foster carer, providing support for children and young people aged 6-18.
