R C. has extensive experience in education, having served as a Primary School Teacher at Essex County Council since September 1999 and previously as a Learning Support Assistant at the same institution from September 1996 to August 1998. R C. holds a PGCE & QTS in Education from The Open University - Billericay Educational Consortium SCITT, completed in July 1999, and a BA (Hons) in Music from Colchester Institute, earned in June 1996.
