Jo James

Jo James is an experienced educator and professional with a diverse background in both teaching and business management. Currently serving as a Primary School Teacher at Torfaen County Borough Council since September 2019, Jo is dedicated to inspiring and developing young minds. Prior to entering the field of education, Jo held several significant roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Royal Mail, overseeing a team of nine and managing substantial revenue targets; Branch Manager at Travail Employment Group Ltd., where responsibilities included recruitment management; and Senior Sales Recruitment Consultant at ATA Selection Ltd., focusing on sourcing sales professionals. Jo holds a PGCE in Primary Education from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Law from the University of South Wales.
