Rosalyn Murphy

Rosalyn Murphy is a highly experienced professional specializing in climate action and sustainability, currently serving as the Climate Action Manager and Senior Circular Economy Officer at Essex County Council since June 2017. In this role, Rosalyn leads the "BLUEPRINT to a Circular Economy," a collaborative initiative aimed at facilitating Local Authorities' transition to circular practices. Prior to this, Rosalyn held multiple positions at Groundsure from July 2015 to May 2017, including Senior Sustainability & Resilience Officer and Senior GIS Technician, where responsibilities included data processing efficiency improvements and training staff.
