Rosemary Newell

Rosemary Newell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in early years and childcare business management. Currently serving as an Early Years and Childcare Business Management Consultant at Essex County Council since November 2015, Rosemary Newell has previously held key roles such as Commissioning Manager and National Development Manager at 4Children, as well as Children’s Centre Area Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a Trustee for Braintree Women's Aid and a Strategic Officer with the National Day Nurseries Association, where responsibilities included developing support for day nurseries in collaboration with Essex County Council.
