Sadie Orwell

Sadie Orwell is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in specialized recruitment. Currently serving as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant at Essex County Council since October 2022, Sadie has previously held positions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at deverellsmith and Huntress from July 2020 to September 2022 and September 2018 to March 2020, respectively. Earlier in the career, Sadie managed a branch and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Axiom Personnel Ltd from September 2012 to September 2018. Sadie holds a CIPD level 5 qualification attained through Avado from 2020 to 2022 and is currently enhancing recruitment skills through a Sourcing Masterclass since April 2023. Academic foundations were laid at Chadwell Heath Academy from 2003 to 2008.
