Adrian Richardson Gifiree

Adrian Richardson GIFireE has extensive experience in fire safety and operations management within Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, serving as Fire Safety Training, Policy & Quality Assurance Manager since November 2013, overseeing fire safety policy, training, and quality assurance. Adrian also works as a Watch Manager in the Operations Department, focusing on implementing new operational guidance. In addition, Adrian holds the position of Branch Secretary for the Eastern Branch of the Institution of Fire Engineers since March 2015 and has served as an Extrication Assessor for the United Kingdom Rescue Organisation from August 2015 to October 2023, ensuring quality assurance and performance measurement in road traffic collision response. Adrian is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering at the University of Central Lancashire from September 2023 to October 2027.
