Tim Christ

Tim Christ is an experienced professional in golf course operations and maintenance, currently serving as the Director of Golf Course Operations for Essex County since August 2009. In this role, Tim oversees all management aspects of three golf courses, which collectively average over 100,000 rounds per year. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Golf Maintenance at Metedeconk National Golf Club from February 2002 to February 2006 and at Hamilton Farm Golf Club from February 1999 to February 2002. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Rutgers University in 1991 and a two-year certificate in Turf Science from Rutgers University in 1996.
