Lisa Zappia Asbach

Lisa Zappia Asbach is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Essex Industries since July 2019, Zappia Asbach previously held the position of Director of Human Resources & Talent Management at LMI Aerospace, overseeing HR for multiple locations and managing a diverse team. Prior experiences include significant roles at Monsanto Company, where Zappia Asbach developed leadership and onboarding strategies for thousands of leaders, and recruitment roles at Spherion and Wollborg/Michelson. Zappia Asbach holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
