Saurabh Mishra

Saurabh Mishra has a diverse background in strategy and analytics, with experience in various positions at reputable companies. Starting in 2014, they worked at EXL as a Business Analyst in the Analytics Consulting department. Saurabh then progressed into the role of Senior Business Analyst before being promoted to Assistant Manager. In 2018, Saurabh joined HSBC as an Assistant Manager in Finance Strategy and Analytics, where they supported Canada retail banking leadership in making data-driven decisions. Saurabh provided strategic assistance to CFOs and C-suit managers in areas such as product pricing, campaign creation, and annual operating plans. In 2021, they moved to Standard Chartered Bank as a Manager in Risk Strategy and Analytics. Currently, Saurabh holds the position of Manager in Strategy and Analytics at Essex Lake Group, starting in 2023.

Saurabh Mishra completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur from 2010 to 2014. Saurabh also attended Air force school from 1996 to 2009, where they obtained a CBSE degree in Mathematics, Science, and Information Practice.
