Kevin Hurley, PMP

Kevin Hurley, PMP has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and technology industries. Kevin began their career as a Social Worker for the State of Connecticut, where they were responsible for assisting in the implementation of an electronic case work system. Kevin then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, working for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Systems Analyst and later as an Associate Director in Worldwide Informatics. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering IT solutions and support services for drug development processes and managing strategic outsourcing programs.

Hurley later served as the Chief Operations Officer for BLCPro, a division of BLC Consulting Services, where they managed clinical data management and pharmaceutical product development activities. Kevin also held positions as Partner and Chief Technology Officer for KeyedIn Solutions, Inc., where they led technology teams and oversaw the development and delivery of software solutions.

In addition to their industry roles, Hurley worked as an Independent Consultant for various companies, providing business and program management support. Notably, they led program management activities for Swiftwater Professional Services on contract with Verizon Business.

Throughout their career, Hurley has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills, successfully driving business growth and optimizing IT and informatics investments for better patient and clinician outcomes.

Kevin Hurley, PMP, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. Kevin attended the university from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degree, Kevin also holds two certifications. In 2011, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Kevin also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2022.
