Neesha Desai

Neesha Desai has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Neesha served as the Vice President of Partnership Development at Essex Management, LLC, where they consistently executed partnership strategies, expanded the company's brand, and generated leads. Prior to that, Neesha was the Director of Business Development at the same company, where they created a new business line and secured six new clients in two years. Neesha also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Essex Management for over a decade. Neesha's entrepreneurial skills were showcased during their tenure as the CEO of Chai Mommas, where they built strategic plans, formed partnerships, and developed products to support women and mothers. Earlier in their career, Neesha worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Affiliated Computer Services and a Systems Analyst at Blue Star Infotech. Neesha began their career as an IT Program Assistant at LCG Systems, where they built and maintained web applications and developed new modules for existing applications.

Neesha Desai obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioinformatics and Information Technology from James Madison University between 1999 and 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business from 2006 to 2008.
