Arnika Tee is an accomplished professional in business analysis and systems analysis with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Business Analysis Manager at Essex Property Trust since 2024, Arnika previously held multiple roles within the same company, including Business Analysis Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst from 2018 to 2023.
