Nancy Kelly

Nancy Kelly is an experienced property management professional with over 15 years in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Central Services Supervisor and formerly as Property Manager at Essex Property Trust since January 2012, Nancy has a proven track record in managing on-site operations for luxury communities, including a 267-unit property in Valencia, CA. Previous roles include Dual Site Assistant Manager at BRE Properties and Assistant Property Manager at both Sentinel Real Estate and Davlyn Property Management, where Nancy oversaw daily operations for luxury communities of 267 and 208 units, respectively. Nancy's career began in sales and leasing from 2002 to 2006. Academically, Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
